****py product and after service
I have never been so dissapointed and disgusted by pathetic service from Samsung
I have had my phone in to SSS Cellular before with my samsung gakaxy A12 just going blank
Have to constantly force restart and then loose stuff on the phone.
Have contacted Samsung SA numerous times and went to their offices on william nicol drive with no proper feedback or service,
I will not refer anyone ever again for a samsung product, especially not a phone
