I really think Samsung is a bunch of ****mers!! I have purchase a phone and galaxy watch and got free buds on this promotion. It's been more than a week and I did not received it even though I did receive sms notification from Courier it that my parcel is out for delivery. Its more than a week later and still nothing....I followed up with Samsung and they said they will escalate it to the courier! Maybe I must just cancel my contract and rather go back to Huawei!!! At least Huawei is honoring their promotions.
