PROMOTIONS AND OFFERINGS FALSE
Been trying to receive the promotional goods and offerings that Samsung does at new release of goods, only to be told that sorry you bought it early so nothing for you.
Yet there agent in the store and on email(whichbi have) all pushing the sale telling me don't worry you will receive it. Queries and complaints for 3 weeks now and still no solution. Be careful of these big companies promoting freebies to get you to purchase.
