Promotions and Customer sevice

You go and buy a Samsung S8 tablet at Samsung Clearwater. To be told, you can redeem a complimentary gift of buds and an adapter on Samsung Members. Go on, there is no such promotion. Website shows up unti the 30 April 2022 that you can redeem the buds and the adapter. FALSE ADVERTISING.So i call, get a manager who could not care less about what I was told by a sales person. Now don't get me wrong, i am not being petty about gifts, but do NOT tell customer's this is what they can redeem, and when you call, they have a no care attitude. Disgusting. Sad that customer service is a thing of the past. Surely Samsung TRAIN staff on what promotions there are, and WHEN they expire. But clearly Clearwater NEVER GOT THE MEMO!!!!!! In the world where you comepete with others on the same sales level.... CUSTOMER SERVICE is what makes you beter than your competition.
