Promotion **** - Tabs are never delivered and call centre number has no one to answer
Very disappointed. Been waiting over a month for the promised Tab that should have been delivered in 7 - 14 days. Can't get through on the call centre number, just atrocious hold music until you can't take it anymore. Five calls with hold music of 30 minutes. :-( You are very quick to push these promotions when you want us to buy the new phones, but then you fall flat on your end of the deal. What happened to Treating Customers Fairly?
