I took out a contract in January on a Samsung Galaxy note 20 Ultra promotion. part of the promotion was obtaining a 32inch TV part of the package. There was an issue with the TV License initially provided and i have since advised Samsung of the new valid License, however up until today i have not received my TV. Even after multiple calls to the Samsung Promotions department. I receive the same message that there is NO STOCK! This is so frustrating and unacceptable as i would not have taken this contract had i known id be frustrated in obtaining what was offered to me.
