Promotion Pre Order For R4000 on S24

Samsung will not honour their R4000 voucher even though they have set a clear guideline of what is required. They themselves do not understand what they have put in writing.

4. How to qualify for the Promotion: 4.1. Above 5.6 says that vouchers are applicable to the stores terms and conditions which means do they offer vouchers and how it can be used

These are clear guidelines of who can apply and how to redeem which they themselves don't even know. How been trying to claim my voucher but based on the above which clearly states the obvious do not want to acknowledge it. Do not phone me and tell me the samething over and over. Understand what you have put down first and acknowledge that you have made a mistake and that you will honour your promises to the terms and conditions stipulated on your website and shown.
