I had recently upgradedto the Samsung A55 with MTN, with the promotion running of receiving the earbuds and fit 3 watch as a free gift. I claimed my free gift on the 31st of October and received confirmation the same day that my claim has been successful and that it would be delivered within the next 7 to 14 working days. It's exactly two weeks later and I have received no communication from either Samsung or Skynet to say my package has been shipped or is out for delivery. This is utterly shocking that gifts are promised but not fulfilled.
