I am very dissatisfied with Samsung regarding their promotional offer. I claimed my free buds and watch on the 30th, with an expected delivery of 7 to 14 working days. It has been weeks with no updates.
After numerous follow-ups, I was told the courier has over 4000 parcels and that I "need to wait." This is unacceptable for such a large organization. How long are we expected to wait? Will Black Friday cause further delays into January?
This level of service is frustrating and shows poor planning. I urge Samsung to resolve this promptly.
