Promos to eligible
I bought 2 Samsung S23 Ultra @ Takealot but when I made a claim for the Bud2 Pro on the Samsung Members App. I was told that my claim is not eligible since I bought @ Takealot which was not mansion on the promo. I felt I was mislead. I have used a Samsung flaship phones for years but now, I regret buying a Samsung Phones. Don't buy a Samsung Phones because of the promos that they are running, you might not get it.
