Promo with Samsung Galaxy S9 a lie!!

I received my Samsung Galaxy s9 on 12 March 2018 and claimed the free Gear Fit 2 Pro watch via the rewards app on the same day. I agreed that it could take up to 4 weeks and 4 weeks are almost past and I have had no update as to delivery.

To make matters worse I have called and sent emails several times with no response and no resolution.

This is horrific service and hope this was not just a **** from Samsungs part to sell devices!
