Promo Items "out of stock"
I upgraded my contract at MTN and my upgrade included Promo items ; this was in November. After multiple back and forth we were told that the promo items are out of stock. They use "out of stock" items to sell devices but they fail to keep their promises. It has been almost 3 months now and i still have not heard anything back from them. I have used Samsung all my life and i am extremely disappointed that this is the slap in the face i get for my loyalty.

17 Feb 2025, 21:25Today is 17 February almost been 20 days and i haven't heard anything - i am tired of begging for items that i should have received last year . Why did i think you guys will even care about me and my loyalty. No one has called me in 20 days!!!!!!
