Promises to customers mean nothing

In December I got a new cell phone contract through MTN which came with a FREE Samsung game controller and 2,500 V-Bucks. Phone had to be activated and then a mail sent to Samsung so that they could deliver the controller (which I received). However, I have been battling for goodness knows how long to get the V-Bucks. MTN had absolutely no idea about process to claim those so I was sent to a Samsung Store. Needless to say they also knew nothing about it. They did however contact Samsung to find out but the how to claim did not make sense in the least so I e-mailed Samsung for assistance. 2 Weeks ago I received a call from someone at Samsung asking for my e-mail address so that she could mail me my code for the V-Bucks. To date I have not received an e-mail and after numerous interactions and promises (last being on Wednesday, 12 Feb with an undertaking that I would be contacted withing 48 hours), still waiting...

Reviewer Update
It is now a further 2 weeks after my complaint and your response, which I have noted is your standard response and it is OBVIOUSLY an automated response. It seems that your senior customer service executives are also automated but are malfunctioning so please look into doing some serious "software" updates as I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME.
