My washing machine was damaged and Samsung Team solved my problem within 5 working days my machine was repaired. Your service is excellent, from your call centre agents to the repairing service providers you're professional. I also love that you follow up with your customers to check if they are happy and assisted. I have Samsung appliances in my house but from now on I will be looking into buying a Samsung teas****.
