I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Samsung South Africa for the way they ultimately resolved a recent product issue I experienced.

After purchasing a Samsung television, I unfortunately encountered a fault that required the unit to be replaced. While there were a few challenges along the way, what stood out was Samsung's willingness to engage, investigate, and work towards a fair resolution.

A special thank you must go to Kholofelo from Samsung's Reverse Logistics team. Throughout the process, she was professional, responsive, courteous, and consistently kept me informed. Most importantly, she remained committed to seeing the matter through to a successful conclusion rather than simply closing a case.

Samsung ultimately arranged an upgraded replacement unit at no additional cost to me, coordinated delivery to my home, and arranged collection of the faulty unit at the same time. The replacement TV arrived sealed, in pristine condition, and is working perfectly.

Customer service is often judged not when everything goes right, but when something goes wrong. In this instance, Samsung demonstrated that they stand behind their products and are prepared to look after their customers.
