product - Samsung Z2 Tizen

<p>i bought a Samsung Z2 Tizen last year December it was a present. till today i am having problems with this problem. On the first problem the phone was freezing and the Watsapp pre-loaded applicatoon was giving me a problem. the phone has been back and fourth to Samsaung Gateway Durban for the last 3 months evenually they replaced the phone with a brand new one and after its first charge the phone is now heating up.
