PRODUCT MANAGERS TAKING THEIR TIME! - ***

Hi Samsung

Please update me regarding this situation? This has been almost a month now that this process has been dragging along. I don't understand what more evidence is needed or research to be done by the product managers to have my claim validated and my device repaired. All the photographs which I sent, both old and new with descriptions is more than enough evidence to support my claim.

I expect SAMSUNG to handle this matter with utmost urgency, because in the light of the evidence provided by me. All questions point towards manufacturer problem! I don't understand why I have to endure the downtime so that samsung's product managers can do their research? It is not fair towards me as the consumer!

SAMSUNG, AND PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT WITH SOMEONES EMAIL ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER THAT I MUST CONTACT, OR WHOM WILL CONTACT ME, BECAUSE IT'S PROVEN NO RESULTS YET!

THE RESPONSE I WANT TO SEE IS:

HI MR DE WAAL. WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT YOUR CLAIM FOR WARRANTY REPAIR HAS BEEN VALIDATED, AND YOUR DEVICE ARE BEING REPAIRED. COLLECTION OF YOUR REPAIRED DEVICE WILL BE BY TOMORROW. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES...

THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hello hermandewaal,

As per the telephonic conversation with our senior customer service consultant , you were advised that the report from the service centre shows that there are traces of physical damage on the unit and therefore voided your warranty.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the overall inconvenience and frustration caused.

Kind regards
Samsung SA
