Product Availability

I bought a Samsung Note 10 and because None of the Note 10 devices comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack, decide to search the net for a USB Type C to audio Adapter and voila...found one on Samsung's website. $14.99. After searching the net for a while I called Samsung Store Mall of Africa, East Gate and Sandton, but not a single store have it in stock. The lady at East Gate even told me that she's never seen the adapter, yet I popped in into our local Boksburg the Flea Market and they had various after market adapters to choose from. Only problem...none of them worked. My question to Samsung South Africa is.....WHY do Samsung recommend the use of Authentic Samsung accessories, yet, none of your above mentioned stores have such a simple little accessory in stock?? 2 Months After the Launch in South Africa??? No one even attempted at an offered to make an inquiry to try and get stock. PATHETIC...Why did I bother buying a Samsung product if this is the after sale service I'm getting?
