Problems with Samsung s7 edge

<p>I bought my Samsung s7 edge mud June the phone keeps dropping call if i compare the signal with my old phone on the same network my old phone have full signal and the s7 only 2 bars; the phone keep freezing; the battery only last 1/2 a day and the speaker at your ear make a funny noise is all this expected on a 3 month old phone.</p> <p>I whent to Telkom store and they gave me the AHD nr phones them 30 min later received another nr phones them they couldnt help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the type of service expected from SAMSUNG SA</p> <p> </p>
