Problematic Samsung Washing Machine

We purchased a Samsung washing machine in May last year and started having problems with it in December of the same year. Our clothes are full of fluff & there's these horrible stains that look like coffee stains that come out on our light clothes. We contacted Samsung & have had no less than 5 technicians come out & our machine been taking to the Springfield service centre twice & the problem persists. Their communication in that matter is absolutely shocking. The lady from Springfield says I will call you back with feedback or you leave messages & they do not get back to you. They have changed parts as well as us changing our washing products but nothing has helped. We have lost a lot of expensive clothing due to this machine. I suppose I'm just writing this review to warn others against Samsung products, our home is currently 100% full of Samsung appliances. No other brand but moving forward I will not look at another item of theirs. Also as a designer who specifies home appliances I will tell my clients not to look twice at these products. I did actually get a call last week about what brand to use in a new home & i said please stay away from Samsung. I suppose if their after market service was ok you would be able to deal with their product but they are an all round useless appliance company. I'm very disapointed by how they handled this issue.
