Problematic phone

This is the 3d time im logging this complaints no assistance from Samsung. Guys I have indicated that ur phone device name sm.:g360h Samsung galaxy core prime is the worst phone I have ever used.when im on a call it dials another number and its always break s while im on the call and u indicated that I should visit your store for it to be fixed I did that and still experiencing problems, again I need my money back then I will a black berry as I was using and never had problems.
