Problematic A33
I will not recommend anyone to get the Samsung A33, this might be the worst phone I every had. I'm having endless problems with my brand new A33. Had it for 5 days then I returned it to vodacom due to charging problems, phone was sended any for repairs, was away for 18 days and they couldn't find the problem, 3 days after I got the phone back it did the same thing happened again. Phone was returned again after a big fight and endless back and forth the phone was replaced with a brand new A33. 1 day after I got the phone it did the same thing and also didnt want to charge with original Samsung charger or loopd charger. I really don't know what to do anymore because this is defenitly not normal for a brand new phone and Samsung have an lame excuse for this problem. They say I need to use a original Samsung charger, which I am using but still don't work. This is really unexpectable.

So I first got the new A33 on the 28th of January, on day 4 I started having problems with charging. Day 1 - day 3 i did not have any issues charging the phone and on day 4 it did not want to charge at all, only if I restart start the phone then it charges. But that is definitely not normal for a brand new phone, so I returned the phone to Vodacom. It was away for 18 days and came back and they said they couldn't find any problem. So I got the phone back, 3 days later it did the exact same thing. So I returned the phone again and was again sended away for I don't know how many days after making a big fuss and up and down messages Samsung said this happens due to the fact that I'm using the cable supp**** by Samsung and using a brand new loopd charging block. So I again received a Brand new A33 with a Samsung charging block(because this is the problem according to Samsung). Surprise Surprise that is not the problem, day 1 after I received the phone and transferred all my data to the new phone, I wanted to charge the phone and again it did not want to charge. I haven't even used the new phone except for the transferring of the data. I haven't even removed the plastic from the phone. Sadly I will be returning the phone AGAIN today. I'm very very disappointed with this phone, because I really think this is not normal for a brand new phone. I can't pay that amount of money for a phone that doesn't work 100%, it's just not fare.
I don't know what Vodacom will do this time but I don't think I want a Samsung phone again and definitely not an A33. I think this time I would rather give Vivo a chance than wasting my time and money again on Samsung. I don't know if they just received a faulty batch of A33's or what the problem is. But the charging block is definitely not the problem because I tried 3 different chargers and all do the same thing. And I know 3 other people who has got the exact same charging block and also uses an A33 and don't have any problems.
Do you have any advice on how you can fix this problem or replace this phone with something better?
