Problem With My Repair

I have a Samsung S6 which I took into your Sandton/ Rivonia Branch: Shop 30, The Wedge Shopping Centre, 255 Rivonia Road for a screen change as it had dropped and willing paid for the repair on the day in question. My phone was put into safemode and upon receiving it. It remained this way. I tried to contact the manager that Friday as well as Saturday and to no avail after wasting my airtime to leave message upon message for him to call me back to alert him that features on my phone were not working after this change happened. I never had issues with my phone before the change. I was assisted in Weltervreden Park where they took the phone back to Sandton. My question to start of with was that my volume button's were not working when the phone came back. So how is it that the Technician at Sandton managed to put my phone into safe mode.

The flashlight, the LED light doesnt work I cant use app's that I have spent money on downloading on the phone. It has been from 26/08/2017 that I am literally without a phone as I used the phone when I got it back for a short while only to find that on a long call that the ear piece started to heat up and making the unit hot and switching totally off. I was also informed that after having a good battery that now I have a faulty battery.

How does a phone come in for a screen change and end up so messed up? I then received a quote of a whopping R6800.00 to repair my phone, I fought back and was then told I got a discount to R4900.00 and to add injury to insult. I still have to pay a further R200 as an Assessment Fee after everything that was wrong I had already listed on an email. Next thing I will be told my phone was sold to defray cost's over a quote from the branch.

Im sorry to say but I am beyond appalled by the behavior of management and the staff at Sandton and completely disappointed in Samsung as a brand. I love my phone but its disgusting how Samsung treats its customers. The turnaround time on responses or updates on this has been terrible.
