PRIZE NOT SENT! LIES SAMSUNG LIES AND DECIET!

I am extremely dissapointed with Samsung. The giant company sends me an email that i have won for participating in the samsung z flip rate and review which i have. After requesting my details which has been sent for dispatch of my prize, 2 days later i get another message that this email was sent in error.

Very disturbing and certainly the company is in breach of security for requesting my physical address only to then say the email was sent in error.

This is pure ******* samsung. I have been a samsung loyal customer as well as my wife and kids for a decade and after participating in almost every rate and review i receive this from a giant company.

APPLE would certainly not make this kind of mistake samsung, and for making this mistake and after me sending my physical address the company has to send me that price or i will take it up further and most importantly i will move from samsung to apple. My entire family will move and give samsung very bad ratings if my price is not send.

Apple ensures there clients are happy. I dont see that with samsung especially being a loyal customer for over a decade.

Fix it samsung or face further consequences!!!
