I made a complaint to Hello Peter on 15:37 Mon 22 Feb under the following heading - NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG COLOUR PRINTER! ESP A C410W.<br> <br> Someone who is tasked to deal with complaints on this website phoned me. They clearly were following a script on their call centre screen and had no interest in answering my questions or making me feel any happier. I got the impression that all they wanted to do was to get through it and be able to tick this complaint off as \resolved\".<br> <br> WELL, NO, IT WAS NOT RESOLVED. NOT BY ANY MEANS.<br> <br> The agent promised that someone from the Samsung Call Centre would phone to give me a work around for the problem. No one has spoken to me since this clearly disinterested agent. <br> <br> What is really revealing is that the agent was happy to acknowledge that the printer was arbitrarily disabled by Samsung and that they were willing to provide me with a workaround. Pity they didn't explain these two essential facts when I bought the printer. I wouldn't have."
