Poor/no delivery
I am extremely disappointed with the courier Samsung uses to send parcels with. I purchased 2x Black Friday cell phone promos where you get earphones and a watch from Samsung. The one I received so I knew the courier being used is Skynet. I did a tacking on my second delivery and it has been showing out for delivery for 4 days now. One saying I was not available being a complete lie as I am waiting for this. It is very disappointing that there is no one willing to follow up with Skynet on why my second delivery is just not happening. This is giving Samsung a bad name.
