Poorly Built devices

<p>Hi I was always a fan of samsung devices until I got the A7 2017. I had the phone for a few weeks now and I was unable to find a screen guard as shops did not have as well as cases. The phone has dropped once and the screen cracked and damaged. Now they say i have to pay up to R3000 to repair how can such a reputable company produce such shoddy workmanship on there devices. I have found out I am not the only one to experience this problem with this device I have seen quite a few now. Poor product from a company that's going downhill I won't be getting another samsung device. </p>
