Poor service with a defective phone

I got my Galaxy S6edge on contract through Telkom Mobile in March 2016. 7 month down the line ive got a issue with my phone. Without it ever being dropped or simply handled too hard, this annoying 'pink' line started apperaing on it. I googled and found out that its actually a problem that this model has. When pressing down with my finger on the speaker at the top, the line/lines dissapear. When i lift my finger again the lines are back. I went to Telkom Mobile in Kollenade Pretoria where they advised that i kust take the proof of payment with the phone to thr Samsung in the mall. Once i did that they wanted to book the phone in. They mentioned that it must be sent away to wherever for about 14 working days. I refused to book it in because they said that there is no way that they can give me a phond whild the s6edge is being fixed. They said that i kust go back to Telkom and say that its their problem. They also cant help me with a phone while thid one is being fixed. I can not be without a phone for that period of time where they want to fix the phone as i use it for business.

Now i must be inconvrnienced with this when its ultimately Samsungs problem to either give me s phone or replace this one with exactly the same phone.

What will be done to fix this as soon as possible????Please let a competent Samsung agent contact me with a sollution. This is their problem. The phone is only a few months old. I did also register for ADH when i got thd phone but will not use it for this problem bacause my phone has not cracked screen or water damage.

Regards

Frederick
