POOR SERVICE: SAMUNG EASTGATE MALL SERVICE CENTER
Poor Service from the Eastgate Mall Service center. i booked my phone A54 on 17/06/2024. The phone is slow on GPS & Whatsapp call, and sometimes it doesn't read the sim cards. when people phoning i will be unreachable, yet the phone is on. The eastgate service center doesnt update the client on phone being booked inn for repairs and the stage it is on. no communication at all. if you follow up (***), they aren't willing to communicate. They just ignore
