Poor service samsung yet again

We bought a samsumg top loader washing machine from makro arbor crossing just around 2 years ago & still under certain warranty.

I phoned samsumg on 17th December. My line unfortunately was not clear, spoke to a black lady consultant, cant remember her name, battled to get my mesaage across cos of the lines but eventually told her our machine was not starting offered me a reference number couldnthear that properly either gave her my number twice & she verified it & i asked her to call me back. To date neither she nor anyone else from samsung has called me.

Poor and pathetic service really!! & not the first time from samsung!! Had the same issue with my phone from them.
