Poor Service Samsung
I took a cell phone contract in January this year and the contract included a free Samsung Tablet which was to be delivered between 7 and 10 working days. I haven't received the Tablet yet despite numerous contacts with Samsung Promotions. I have a reference number as well as emails that prove my efforts which have been futile. Please assist.
