Poor Service - Promotions
I purchased a Samsung S21 FE in February 2022. There was a promotion running whereby you get a free tablet when purchasing a S21 FE. I submitted my details and was sent a confirmation email that they tablet would be delivered in 4 - 7 working days. This was at the beginning of March 2022. It is now almost the end of March and I have still not received anything. What makes it worse is that they do not respond to emails and the call center just rings. There is no way to contact them. Really disappointed. Why have the promotion if you cannot fulfill it?

05 May 2022, 15:43This is just ridiculous. I got a response in Mar 2022 and it is now May 2022. With no response or further update. I am still waiting for my tablet. Samsung is absolutely useless. Will never recommend them to anyone!!!
