Poor service from Samsung VOC and maintenance department.

I am very disappointed with Samsung customer support in South Africa, as this is over three months that my warrantee claim complaints has not been attended to.

I had so many promises that the Samsung VOC manager will phone me back to resolve the dispute, but not a single reply. I also tried to escalate this to the management of Samsung, by phone but the receptionist refuses me to put me in contact of Samsung management.

Is there someone that can assist me with a direct telephone number of Samsung CEO?
