Poor Service from Samsung

Pathetic service from Samsung SA. Took out a contract with Cell C who promised we would receive a R4000 gift voucher for pre-ordering the Samsung note ultra. Cell C has indicated that samsung refuses assist after numerous attempts of contacting their consultants for over a month. After being a loyal Samsung user for over 15 years this is highly disappointing and will be last product of theirs I will purchasing.
