Poor Service from Samsung

I bought a samsung washing machine mid November the whole December the machine was not used , when I use it early January all the black, blue and red Clothes they come out with a white stain of soap, I lodge a complain they send a Technician he said they don't see anything wrong with the machine on technical side but he can see the results of the close then he advise me to use Liquid soap then I told them that it shows that the machine is not working according to standard if I will be forced to use liquid soap while the machine its only 1month old , I log 2nd complain on Voice of Customer Department the amazing thing they send 2nd Technician he said same story, I lodge the complain again they said there is nothing they can do , Question is how cause when I Lodge complain the machine was just a month old , ohhhhh what a poor service I got from Samsung while I thought Im buying quality , I had these small Defy washing machine it lasted me 7 years so I thought Im upgrading only to find that Im buying trouble,
