Poor service & empty promises at Samsung

After being a Samsung customer for over 5 years now I am very unsatisfied with the service and the attitude I got from their staff over the past 2 months. I recently upgraded with MTN which had a promotion where you get a Gear Fit2 Pro watch for free when you choose to take the S9. The problem started after I tried to apply on the Samsung Rewards app for my free watch... First, the promotion was not available on the app as they stated. Second, whenever I called the call center I got told to send emails on which, until today, I haven't got any responses. When I finally decided to ask to speak a supervisor I placed my order for the watch, but unfortunately my cell number was wrong on the order. I then struggled, for almost 3 weeks, just get hold of someone who could help me just to get to a supervisor who told me I "trusted someone else to fill it in for me'' and that "they could not take responsibility for mistakes". After that I phoned again and again and a supervisor eventually phoned me back after several requests and more than 5 days to inform me that I don't qualify for the watch anymore because, according to her, it stated in the T's and C's (which I am still searching for) that after two failed delivery attempts the promotion will not be valid anymore. I am fuming because although my phone number was wrong, Samsung and the courier company had my email address that they could have contact me via. The supervisor was so rude when I tried to explain that I am a student who has class form 8 - 3 most of the days of the week and that I surely couldn't sit at home for the 4 weeks while waiting for my watch.
