Poor service, defective cellphones, no TCF alignme

On the 5th of March 2015, I logged a complaint on hellopeter regarding a cellphone battery that had swollen up and damaged my screen. To date a consultant called and told me to take my phone to 14th avenue and to pay R200 to back my data up to which I had questioned why I should be paying an additional charge when I was already paying for a contract. The manager who handled my complaint noted that she will call me back with an alternative instead of paying R200, to date I have not received any call. My phone is still damaged, I went and got a second battery which is doing exactly the same thing. This is hazardous and can blow up to an extreme and injure your customers. I have given Samsung an opportunity to rectify the issue, yet you have just made it worst by delivering extremely poor customer service and complaints management. Where are your values aligned to looking after your customers. I used to be an extremely loyal customer bust now I am disgusted at your service. How do you sell defective products, charge and arm and a leg and still deliver poor service. I expect you to hear from you before the end of the week or I will contact the regulator.
