Poor service by Samsung online store be warned

Samsung online store service is really poor have made a purchase online on the 13th of Jan to date have not received my Television set nothing but promises of my order being escalated to the team leaders each time I call through and I never get get clear feedback on where my order is. I have submitted all the required documents including my TV license statement as requested to shoe that I have a TV license and its new as I recently opened it. The online chat function is also not helpful as I get told that their systems are slow and they will call me back with an update and still no one calls back empty promises.
