Poor service at repairs

I would like to report that, despite several attempts to approach Samsung on an unresolved cellphone repairs matter (matter pending from 02 September 2015), to this day I have not received feedback regarding the status of my cellphone booked for repairs at Samsung Century office. Matter escalated to top office, still no response.<br> <br> I have since renewed my cell phone contract, and I made sure that it is not a Samsung device, please can I take this opportunity to warn other cell phone users that if they want peace of mind , Samsung is not the best option.<br>
