Poor service as always with your service centre MMALL

I have been experiencing problems with my phone for over a year, then decided to send the phone to your usual MMALL Electronics. With my experience with MMALL Electronics in the past 4 years that I had to deal with, I still do not understand why their service has never changed. I work for one of your Suppliers and have worked in the repairs department with the same MMALL for 4-5 years the service is still the same it never changed.

I sent the phone in for repairs and according to Maxine, it takes MMALL Electronics 3 working days to repair the phone. As we all know that one cannot stay without a phone for 1 day I decided to give them a call, First Maxine transferred me to someone and she then picked the phone and told me today is day 3 but the phone is not ready. That is now my problem. If you just told me a second ago that your turn around time is 3 days do not change the story. She then said she will speak to the Consultant and I must hold, After holding for close to 10 minutes she asked if she can call me back. How is she going to call me if they have my phone sitting at MMALL? She asked for my email address how am I expected to read emails if the phone is with MMALL? I am still holding and now it's for 30 minutes.

The disgusting service that our customers always complain about with MMALL is what I am experiencing right now. I am so sure that the phone will come back not repaired that is how good your MMALL Electronics are.
