Poor Service and incorrect information provided
In December I bought a Samsung J1 at Game Stores in Promenade Mitchell's Plain. In January whilst the phone was charging the screen just went black. On the 31 Jan 2016 I took the phone back to the store and the customer service advised she would have to send the phone away.<br> About a week and a half later I receive a call that I would be charged a repair fee of R1200, which I then declined and requested to have the cell phone sent back to me. I waited and waited and waited, no cell phone came.<br> I receive a call last week saying that the technician made a mistake, the phone will be fixed free of charge as it was still in warranty. Tracy that works at Samsung advised that they are waiting for a part and as soon as the \part\" arrives the phoned will be fixed.<br> Up until 2 March, nobody calls me. I decided to contact the store and now get told Samsung made another mistake and there is a charge again to fix the phone. This is ********. I advised I want the phone back immediately and get told I have to pay a rejection fee. Your people have been messing me around for a month now and I refuse to pay a cent for their mistakes. This is utterly poor pathetic service.<br> To date, i still received no r"
