Poor service and communication
We bought washing machine at game November 2024,the machine gave us problems. Th matter.was reported to Game,Samsung representative call on Monday than she said the technician will give us a call till today no call from technician, I called in the morning to find out wht is happening because we are adjusting our movement hoping that we will receive a call in morning ,I was told they wll check with technician .I called again at 13h00 same story we apologize for any inconvenience, we are inconvenienced already, since Monday story of technician, Samsung is a big company to give us such bad service, with unreliable technician. Can we get a clear direction

27 May 2025, 14:34Since the 23rd may waiting for technician. Samsung is a **** technician were supposed to call at 14h00 today till now 14h30 no call this is frustrating. They are doing for the public saying that they wll look into the matter,they will be a water cut in our area.on the 29th with so.much dirty washing .they are undermining us big time you can't have a problem that took so long to solve it
Can Samsung solve this mess their *********** technician do wht is right. We are working when we make some arrangements at the end this technician don't come are we fools or whts.game must stop.selling us factory fault staff .ihv been reading reviews about Samsung goods that are bought from game its a mess .technician are failing us ,Is it going to take the whole month for us to get help or be fooled

27 May 2025, 15:20Wht surprised me now I called Samsung i spoke to.tsholofelo who is saying technician was booked on the 24th may it.suprised me because we got call on the 19th from Samsung teh lady was trying to find out wht may be the problem and the she told us she will book the technician which means we were fooled because Tsholofelp.is saying it was booked on the 24th we are still we are still within turn around which from the 20th nothing was done then on the 24th after complaining to hellow peter technician was booked
This is frustrating stay days but it's like we are dealing with informal sectors.
