Poor service

I bought the S21 on the 3rd of Feb 2021 and had to send in my slip in which I would then receive my ear buds that was advertised on the deal as part of the package. I sent in all the information that I thought was right but made a mistake with one document and the claim was rejected at the time I did not know that my claim was rejected if I hadn't followed up with Samsung I then resent the correct documents by the 26th of Feb and a few days later and got no response I decided to contact Samsung again to ask if they have received my documents only then the consultant went to the very department to validate my documents. After my my documents was validated I received a email the 3rd of March saying that basically everything is sorted out and I will receive my buds and tag within 7 to 14 days.Once again 14 days later I contacted Samsung I was told to be patient which I gave them the benefit of the doubt and after every 14 days iv been phoning Samsung to follow up with my buds and tag but every time I was told my order is in dispatch The worst part is I know of friends that bought the S21 a month later and they have received there buds and tag and yet I'm still with no buds and tag I phoned again today then I was told that they are out of stock and that they will only receive stock in 5 weeks which very frustrating. It's literally 4 months later... I will never buy any product from Samsung again that have promotion deal to it clearly its been a bad ride for you guys I hope that you learn from your mistakes
