Poor service
Samsung ran a promotion with a Guaranteed R10 000 if I traded in my Samsung s20+ in. I traded it in with the regener8 group as per website link.
according to the terms and conditions you will receive a pay out within 2-3 days after the device was received and assessed.
This process has taken since the 26th of April 2022. we are on the 03rd of May 2022.
this is unacceptable, and the excuse is that they have a backlog.
