POOR SERVICE

Samsung Hillcrest store Pretoria, such a worst service to render to your customers. Sent a Samsung microwave we bought from Makro for repairs as it was no longer heating up(first repair was done by a different company and it was fine), we encountered the same issue again and this time they sent it to Samsung Hillcrest store in Pretoria for repair (the lady at Samsung even said it might be a factory fault that it experienced the same fault within a year after repair). Now we've been without a microwave for over a month because they cannot fix it they blaming ****roach. We took out microwave to the store switching on, after their attend to fix and they failed, we tell them to return it on the state we brought it in they been quite, they failed. Worst service ever and there are more similar negative reviews like this about that Samsung Hillcrest store.
