POOR SERVICE

I am disgusted by the service i received from Samsung. This the second time I am writing a review. Please note that this is a follow up to my first review of which I only received an SMS on the 10th October 2018, stating the a senior consultant will be contacting me. Well.......it is now 5 days and no one have been in contact with me concerning my washing machine that is not working. I would like to know if anyone from this company will be contacting me.
