Poor Service

Samsung The Grove in The Willows has had my tablet for repairs since December 2017!

I complained late December that they are taking way too long with my tablet for repairs, they then emailed saying that it is ready for collection. When we got there they tried to switch on the "fixed" tablet and it wasn't working!

Up until today I haven't even gotten a response, pathetic!
