Poor Samsung Washer Dryer Build quality

Bought a Samsung Washer/Dryer last year for approximately 11k. Didn't use it for a few months as we were moving soon. Decent machine in terms of washing. Very poor build quality. Door rubber teats after 6 months. Poor service from their approved repair agents for the initial assessment. Googled and people in the UK etc also have the exact same issue with the inferior door rubber used. How come clients all over the world are all so *********** to damage the door rubbers in the exact same area? Logically it would be Samsungs poor build quality. Samsung has stopped warranty on these rubbers as they obviously know that it's of poor quality. The supplier Digital Experience has done their best to assist us as clients, Samsung however are horrid to deal with. I think lodging a case the the Consumer Goods Council with documented proof of damage from Samsung users worldwide will assist in getting justice for us I stayed of allowing Samsung to get away with the poor quality they sell us. My previous LG washer/dryer is still going strong 10yrs+, donated it to my tenant who is still using it with zero complaints. I regret buying a new upgraded machine with wifi etc and choosing Samsung.
