Poor Samsung appliances service!!

We are still waiting after 9 months to get a technician from samsung out to fix our dishwasher. Till this day I have spoken to 6 different people which include one of the managers of the customer service, Thobeka, just to get someone out here.(which have not happened yet). After telling my story 6 times over, Thobeka let me hang on the line to speak to her manager for almost 15 minutes. All of them just rep**** : "sorry mam for this inconvenience." I am sorry but I am very tired to hear " we are sorry for your inconvenience!". They do not use their own technicians they use a company called Lubtronics to as technicians. I will not buy another samsung dishwasher. Their after service is absolute poor!!!!
