Poor representation in customer service
<p style="color: #555555;">MM One Electronics (Rivonia) are supposed to be a SAMSUNG service center - what a shocking representative - they are more of a dis-service center.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">They had every excuse not to honor or even evaluate a warantee claim on a damaged mobile device!</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Poor poor service!</p>
